How to Use this Battery to Charge the ARRIS Heated Vest & Jacket:
1. Plug power cord of the heated vest (Jacket) into socket of this 7.4v Lipo battery.
2. Power on the battery by pressing the power button on the battery for 2-3 seconds.
3. Press and hold the power/ temperature switch on Vest (Jacket) for about 3 seconds to start the heating system.
4. Short press the power/tempereature on the vest (jacket) to choose the heating level.
5. Press power button on teh battery to turn off the battery. Unplug the power cable.

Charging:
1. Turn off the battery before charging.
2. During charging, the light on the wall charger is solid red. When fully charged, the light on charger becomes solid green.

I ordered 16 of these jackets for our Cold Weather Operations. They work great. Much better than previous versions of another brand as they have selectable heat levels and zones.

Ordered 4 spare batteries for our jackets which were lost in transit. We were able to trace all the way to my town but then they vaporized. Arris immediately re-shipped and the second batch arrived in under 7 days. The original shipment never arrived.

Will evaluate the longevity of these batteries overtime.

Customer service email was very responsive with every exchange. Nice job.

Bought my vest late winter last year and used it twice. Tried to use it this year and battery will not sustain a charge. Shows full charge but plug into the vest and it shuts down after 10-15 seconds. Cost of battery is half the cost of a new vest. May have to try another brand come next cold season.

I have had my jacket for a month and the battery has died. Shows full charge and when i plug into jacket it will not come on. Other than that it worked well.

I received a vest for Christmas (2019). I am starting to experience the vest shutting off because the connection to the battery. I love the vest but it is very disappointing that it keeps shutting off.
I would give it 5 stars if the vest would stay on.
