Note:

Hot Application:
Flatten gel pack in microwave, heat for 10sec (STOP if it starts to expand). If more heat is needed, expose for 10 sec at a time until desired heat is reached.
NOTE: Microwave powers vary, so especially during FIRST USE, exercise caution w/ heating! Too much heat can make the gel pack burst

Cold Application:
Store in freezer for at least 2 hours.
