I got my brother in the US to buy me the ARRIS Fleece Heated Vest for Men 7.4V Electric Warm Vest 8 Heating Panels which was on sale for $79.99 1 week ago. 4 days after the order was confirmed they cancelled the order. My brother emailed them to ask why the order was cancelled and they told him that they could not find proper international courier service to ship the item to Australia. This response was from Cherish. I think they cancelled the order because now the sale price for this item is $99.99. Dodgy business. stay away.

We recently purchased two heated vests. Enclosed was a card for each vest, stating we could get an additional battery at 50% off. We emailed to the email address on the card with no reply for over 2 weeks. We messaged via Facebook based on the instruction from that 50% off card and did not receive any response. We also use WhatsApp to message, but no reply. Please advise on the direction on how to get the extra batteries. Thanks
