Extented Holiday Returns
Our holiday return policy has been extended! Orders of BRAND-NEW items delivered from November 15th are now eligible for returns through January 15th, 2025. Don't hesitate to gift your loved ones this holiday season!
About the Shipping
Many of the items are available in US warehouse, Canada warehouse, UK warehouse and China warehouse.
For US customers, most of the items will ship from US warehouse, it takes about 3 to 7 business days.
For UK customers, items shipped from UK warehouse takes about 4 to 8 business days.
For Canada customers, items shipped from China takes about 5 to 10 business days.
For items shipped from China, it takes about 7 to 15 business days to your place.
Return and Exchanges
1. You may return or exchange any brand-new items (unwashed, unworn apparel in its original packing) and for up to 15 days from your order delivery. Return/exchange policy are not available for clearance products.
Return Procedures:
1. Send email to service@arrislife.com with your order number and original packing and items pictures;
2. Customer service confirm the condition of the items and provide the returning address;
3. Customer send the items out and provide the tracking number to customer service;
4. When the item received and confirmed, we will exchange a new one to you or refund it to you.
2. If there is factory defective on the products, please contact the service@arrislife.com for aftersale services. We will resend a new one or send replacement parts to you.
