Q: How to choose my size?
A: The ARRIS heated jacket for men suits from S-XXXL. You can choose your size according to the size chart.
Q: Can I take it on the plane while traveling?
A: Yes. You can wear it on the plane. All arris heated apparels are TSA-friendly. As for the batteries, you must put them in your carry-on baggage.
Q: How to take care the battery?
A: In order to extend the service time, battery must be fully charged before use, storage and once every 3 months of storage thereafter.
Q: Is the vest/jacket machine washable?
A: Yes. We`ve tested more than 50 consecutive wash cycles to ensure that the heating elements are not damaged by washing machine. Just make sure to use it when the jacket is completely dry. Better to scrub the USB interface each time after washing to clean impurities attached on it.
Q: How to take care the vest/jacket?
A: Before washing, take out the battery first, pull up all zippers. Use cold water, gently mode. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not machine dry.
Q: How long will tbe battery last while in use?
A: It will work 2.5-10 hours. With all heating zones on at the highest heating level, it will work 2.5 hours. If you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we'd recommend you buy a second battery as a back up.
